Buying From ProJob Distribution

It’s easy to shop with ProJob Distribution. We offer the options of shopping on-line via this website, over the telephone or by post. We have tried to make your shopping experience as user friendly as possible to ensure you find the products you want easily and quickly. We offer the widest range of ProJob Workwear at great prices with which we aim to make your purchasing easy and painless! Whilst we carry a large range of products in stock it is impossible for us to ensure we have everything available all the time. As such our delivery processing time is usually around 5-7 working days for items in stock. For items not in stock delivery time is around 7-10 working days but can be as long as 14 working days depending on ProJobs' stock situation.

Ordering on our website couldn’t be easier. Create an account, simply browse and add the products you want to your shopping cart and when you’ve finished shopping go to the checkout to process your payment. As a worldwide supplier we have also provided prices in Euros and US Dollars for overseas customers. Please note though that all foreign currency prices are intended as a guide only and your order will be billed in GB£. The exact rate of exchange will be provided by your card provider at the time of purchase. On completion of your on-line order and payment or selection to pay by cheque instead, you will be given a confirmation order number. Please make a note of this order number should you need to contact us regarding your order. For cheque payments please write your order number on the back of your cheque and send it to the address below. For card payments please note we can accept all major cards.

When you order you will receive an email from your chosen payment gateway with confirmation of your payment. Should you not receive this email please contact us immediately as this may mean your payment has not transacted and your order may not be processed. Via The Telephone Vanguard’s order lines are open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm from Monday-Friday. Our advisers are experts in ProJob workwear and will be able to help you if you are uncertain of anything relating to the products you wish to purchase. You can also choose to pay over the phone by credit card should you wish. Should you prefer you can order on-line or by phone and pay by cheque. Simply select the payment by cheque option on the checkout page of the website or inform the member of staff when you place your order. You will receive an order number. Please mark this on the back of your cheque to enable us to match up your order and payment.

Via Post

Alternatively, if you wish, you can send your order to us through the post along with your cheque payment. Please mark on your order which items you want to purchase and enclose your cheque made out to the appropriate amount. Please don’t forget to add any carriage or postal charges in your order total.

Shipping Info

Carriage is payable on all orders at the following rates. Please remember to select the appropriate delivery destination at the checkout.

Delivery

Most orders are sent within 5-7 working days. You should usually receive your orders within 7-14 days. Should we not be able to fulfill your order within 14 days we will contact you to advise the delivery date. As stock levels are not listed on our website, should your order be urgent, or where a more specific date is required prior to ordering, please call our contact centre who will advise accordingly.

Shipping Tracking

We ship all our orders by UPS. Once your order has been despatched the UPS tracking number can be located in your account order history screen.  Simply clicking on this number will take you directly to the UPS tracking page for your order.

Shipping Costs

Returns

Customers seeking to return goods must notify us in writing prior to sending goods back to us. Customers should only return goods to us after we have authorised the return and issued a returns number.

If customers seek to return goods as a result of incorrect size selection then the customer must pay the return carriage cost of the original item and the carriage cost for us to send the replacement item as well.

In the event that we send out incorrect or damaged goods to customers then we will pay for collection of the goods and also the replacement item carriage charge as well.

Please note under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 act the buyer is entitled, for seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received by the buyer, to unconditionally return the ordered goods to us.

The goods must however be in an as new and unused condition in their own original undamaged packaging. The buyer must return the goods at his own expense.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the goods value.
